Fees

The registration fee includes access to the program, breakfast, refreshments and lunch during the conference, attendance at the welcome reception and event material.

The fee does not include accommodation or the conference dinner both of which must be pre-booked separately. To book accommodation at the DoubleTree by Hilton, please click here. The conference dinner can be booked during registration.

The conference dinner will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2014 at The Faculty Club, UC Berkeley. The cost to attend is $75 per person. Places are limited and will be allocated strictly on a first-come first served basis.

The advertised registration fee for students is subsidized and is therefore limited. Registration at this fee is on a first-come-first served basis and subject to change.
